By accessing system-ashhub.click or engaging System Ashhub Co., Ltd. for binder documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services.
2. Services Description
System Ashhub provides family asset binder assembly, documentation review, and succession planning sessions for offline holdings. Our services involve physical document organisation and indexing. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
3. Appointments and Deposits
Session dates are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice is free of charge, subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for bringing accurate documents to your session and for informing us of any changes to your holdings after binder delivery. You confirm that documents you provide belong to you or that you have authority to share them for indexing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The binder index structure, divider templates, and custody map format developed by System Ashhub remain our intellectual property. The documents you provide and the completed binder belong to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
System Ashhub organises and indexes documents you supply. We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete documentation, expired certificates you choose to include, or decisions made by you or third parties based on the binder contents. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
7. Website Use
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwangju, South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
