Who This Is For
Households with property deeds, vehicle registrations, insurance policies, bullion certificates, or inherited documents that exist only on paper — not in a bank portal or investment app. If your spouse would struggle to locate the apartment registry within an hour, this binder is for you.
What You Receive
- One A4 leather-bound binder with embossed family name
- Archival polypropylene sleeves (quantity based on document count)
- Tabbed divider set customised to your holding categories
- Handwritten index with page references and physical storage locations
- A custody map noting safe deposit boxes, home safes, and relative-held items
What Happens During the Session
We sit together at our Gwangju office. You bring the documents you want indexed — originals or certified copies, whichever you prefer to store in the binder. We sort them by category, assign reference numbers, note renewal dates where relevant, and record where duplicates or originals are held elsewhere.
The session typically covers one primary residence, one vehicle, and general certificates. Families with farmland leases, commercial property, or multiple vault locations often book a follow-up half-day.
What Is Not Included
- Legal advice on inheritance tax, property transfer, or estate planning (we document; we do not advise)
- Digital scanning or cloud upload of your documents
- Retrieval of documents from government offices or banks on your behalf
- Translation of foreign-language certificates (we can note their presence and location)
Preparation
Gather the documents you want in the binder. If you are unsure which papers matter, bring everything — we will help you decide what belongs in the binder versus what stays with your attorney or accountant.
Allow four uninterrupted hours. Children are welcome in the waiting area; the consultation room fits two adults comfortably.
Next Step
Contact us with a brief description of your holdings. We will confirm availability and send a preparation checklist before your visit.
