Overview
This policy applies to binder consultations, documentation reviews, and succession planning sessions booked with System Ashhub Co., Ltd. Pricing displayed on our website is informational; payments are collected at the office or via bank transfer before or during your session.
Deposit and Cancellation
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your session date.
More than 48 hours before your appointment: Full deposit refund upon written cancellation to hello@system-ashhub.click.
Within 48 hours of your appointment: Deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability within 30 days.
No-show: If you do not attend and do not notify us, the full deposit is forfeited.
Full Session Refunds
If we cancel your session due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund of any amount paid or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
If you are unsatisfied with the binder assembly, notify us within 7 days of your session. We will review your concerns and, where the issue relates to our indexing errors or material defects in the binder, offer a complimentary correction session or partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund once delivered:
- Completed binder materials (leather binder, sleeves, dividers) assembled during your session
- Written gap reports delivered after documentation reviews
- Written summaries distributed after succession planning sessions
- Travel fees for home visits already completed
Partial Refunds
If you end a session early by choice after work has begun, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time. If we are unable to complete a session due to document volume exceeding the booked scope, we will quote a follow-up session rather than issue a partial refund.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with more than 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds require you to confirm account details.
Materials Purchased Separately
Additional sleeve packs, embossed crests, or duplicate index copies ordered after your session are non-refundable once prepared.
