How We Price
Every household holds different assets in different places. The figures below are starting points; your final quote depends on document volume, number of properties, and travel distance for home visits.
Family Asset Binder
Initial Binder Session
Includes leather binder, archival sleeves (up to 80 pages), tabbed dividers, handwritten index, and a four-hour consultation at our office.
Add-ons: Additional properties (+₩80,000 each), extra sleeve packs (+₩35,000 per 40 sleeves), embossed family crest (+₩25,000).
Follow-Up Session
For families adding new holdings, updating expired certificates, or expanding divider categories. Two hours at our office.
Documentation Review
Gap Audit
Two-hour review of existing paper files with a written gap report. Office visit included; home visit within Gwangju metro adds ₩40,000.
Succession Planning Session
Family Meeting
Three-hour guided session for up to four participants. Written summary distributed to all attendees within five business days.
Annual Refresh
Binder Maintenance
One annual visit to update your index, replace expired certificate sleeves, and note any new holdings. Optional; most families schedule ad hoc instead.
Estimate Factors
Your quote may increase if you have:
- More than three registered properties
- Documents in multiple languages requiring notation
- Holdings spread across more than two physical storage locations
- A home visit outside Gwangju city limits (₩15,000 per 10 km beyond city boundary)
Payment
We accept bank transfer and card payment at the office. A 30% deposit secures your session date; the balance is due at the end of your visit. Pricing is informational — no online checkout.
