Our Beginning
System Ashhub started when our founder, Ji-yeon Han, spent three months helping her mother locate property documents after a relative’s death. The registry existed — buried in a closet, mixed with expired insurance policies and a box of photographs. No index, no dates, no note of which copy was certified.
That experience convinced her that Korean families needed a practical, paper-first approach to asset documentation. Not another app that requires updates and passwords, but a binder that sits on a shelf and tells the next person exactly where to look.
What We Believe
Offline holdings — land, gold, certificates, insurance policies stored in drawers — deserve the same care as anything in a brokerage account. The difference is that nobody sends you a monthly statement for a deed in a safe deposit box.
We believe documentation should be:
- Physical — readable without electricity or internet
- Indexed — findable in minutes, not days
- Honest — noting gaps and expired documents, not hiding them
- Household-centred — built around how your family actually stores things
Our Team
Ji-yeon Han leads binder consultations and index preparation. She trained in archival document handling and spent six years assisting families with property registration paperwork in Jeolla province before founding System Ashhub.
Sung-min Oh manages material sourcing — binder selection, sleeve specifications, and divider systems. He previously worked in print production and understands how paper ages in Korean humidity.
Working With Clients
We meet families at our Seo-gu office or, for documentation reviews, at your home within the Gwangju metropolitan area. Most clients visit once for the initial binder and return annually for a refresh session when holdings change.
We serve households across Gwangju, Naju, Damyang, and Hwasun. Remote consultations are available for families preparing binders before relocating abroad, though the assembly itself happens in person.
Community
We contribute indexed binder templates to local senior centres in Gwangju and host quarterly open evenings where families can ask questions about document organisation — no appointment required.
